HOW YOU CAN HELP:
 
Tive is looking for a Managed Services Specialist to resolve incidents for in-transit shipments. This role is a critical part of a larger ecosystem composed of IoT devices, software, and people that exists to ensure shippers and 3PLs (3rd party logistic providers) can rest easy knowing their shipment is being monitored at all times. Multiple positions and shifts are available for this role.

SKILLS YOU WILL NEED:

    • 1+ years experience in a customer-facing role.
    • Outstanding customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

BONUS POINTS:

    • Previous experience working with truckers, dispatchers, carriers, and/or 3PLs
    • Fluent in English and Spanish.
