ISEE is seeking an experienced HR/People Ops Manager to assess our organizational needs and drive solutions in employee performance management, HR functions, communication, training, diversity & inclusion, leadership and career development. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience gained by working in the start-up/tech industry or a related field.
*Manage and conduct full cycle onboarding, orientation and offboarding
*Develop HR and administrative policies and programs to support a fast, growing start-up in the autonomous trucking/logistics industry.
*Facilitate HR frameworks and strategy in the fields of Immigration policy, Compensation and Benefits, Employee performance, Employee Training/Development, etc.
*Create performance management and career development programs for both managers and employees in all business functions
*Promote best practices to foster collaboration across the teams, strengthen work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
*Implement management development programs that are targeted at empowering managers to positively and effectively manage their teams
*Ensure legal compliance is continually being met and drive resolution for complex employee issues*
*Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
*Prior experience evaluating evaluating tools and systems that support org, and where appropriate, propose and execute changes and improvements. e.g., HRIS, Performance
*Experience collaborating with Leadership/Founders & TA to plan and execute a hiring and growth strategy
*Experience partnering with Leadership and assessing & identifying skills and capability gaps, key talent, retention risks, and engagement opportunities
*Previous experience working at a robotics/transportation org, in a fast paced, high performance start-up environment where new processes had to be implemented.
*Passion for people and HR. Excellent communication and people skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
*Possess HR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, other HR Certifications.
