The Senior Testing Engineer will conduct and analyze testing data and collaborate with cross-functional teams on failure root cause and design countermeasures. This person will participate in design reviews and FMEA meetings to ensure lessons learned and best practices are incorporated, which will require collaborating with hardware engineering to build testability into designs. This person will develop the processes to commission new autonomous vehicles for testing and operations and help implement the RMA and RCA processes for hardware components replaced in the field during testing and operations.

The Staff Testing Engineer objective is to understand failures found in testing and the field to prevent future failures by capturing all design weaknesses in the earliest development phases.
