If you are interested in becoming an Implementation Consultant and learning what it takes to successfully onboard customers in a high growth, SaaS, small business then we have a great opportunity for you. This is an entry level position that would allow you to work with the Customer Success Implementation team for a 1 year period. During this time, you will shadow and work closely with the Implementation team handling various tasks to assist in our onboarding process. This position is meant to accelerate your growth into an implementation consultant.
- Work closely with Implementation Consultants and handle a variety of data entry and implementation tasks.
- Shadow the IC team to understand the onboarding process.
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, product training and other strategic initiatives as needed.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, project standards and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of implementations and team processes, policies, & procedures.
- Identify opportunities for knowledge management, documentation and service automation, and participate in creating those tools.
- Desire to learn and grow within the customer success organization.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A passion for customer onboarding or customer success and enjoy working and learning with your CS team.
- Systems thinker with the ability to independently carry out important tasks.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing focus on timelines, progress, communication.
