We’re looking for a creative and results-oriented Customer Marketing Manager to oversee the creation and execution of our customer lifecycle marketing campaigns. This highly collaborative role will work across our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to launch campaigns that build and accelerate high-quality upsell and cross-sell pipelines and increase product adoption across our customer base.


  • Own sales enablement strategy and Partner closely with the sales team to develop compelling marketing collateral including presentations, one-pagers, FAQs, and other collateral
  • The voice of the industry and trusted advisor as to how industry trends inform product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and collateral
  • Understand our Sales team’s needs, and creatively generate solutions. This role involves close communication with Sales, and an ability not only to understand Sales’ requests but also to come up with creative solutions to address underlying needs
  • Manage an editorial calendar to produce high-quality content while meeting stringent deadlines in line with sales and sales enablement priorities and initiatives
  • Manage and curate the sales content repository (e.g. sales portal) ensuring all information is easily and readily available to sales reps according to the selling scenario they encounter
  • Create effective customer-facing sales assets and internal guides. In this role, your primary tools will be sales collateral (e.g. slide decks, case studies) and internal resources (e.g. playbooks, talk tracks, etc). You will come up with concepts for both customer-facing assets and internal resources, develop compelling narratives and resonant messaging in partnership with PMMs and other teams, and execute to deliver impactful content
  • Write compelling copy and clear documentation. This is a writing-intensive role, and the bar for your writing is high: you’ll write crisp, vivid prose, with confident control over voice and tone
  • Design customer-facing assets that are polished, visually balanced, and consistent with Stripe’s brand guidelines. You need not be a designer, but you’ll need to have an eye for design and be comfortable expressing concepts visually. Experience working with Google Slides is a plus


  • Experience that can span sales enablement, marketing, communication, or product marketing in B2B SaaS industry
  • Experience in being the subject matter expert on industry trends and data
  • Excellent storytelling, writing and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex content into a clear and cohesive story.
