Job Description

Summary

We are looking for a senior product manager with a strong background in developing agricultural equipment and deep understanding of the agricultural market to lead our product characterization and development cycle. As a senior product manager, you will own the product lifecycle, define the product specifications, prioritize functionalities, engage with customers and work closely with our R&D and engineering departments to ensure the product is delivered on time and according to spec.

The role requires frequent traveling to visit customers and Greeneye’s development sites in the US.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and opportunities into products and features / specifications with clear, concise requirements
• Track and monitor product development throughout all company departments and product lifecycle
• Prioritize system functionalities and development projects
• Define objectives and key metrics, then measure and track progress towards achieving those objectives
• Evaluate new market opportunities from the perspective of customer needs, product fit, and business opportunity

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as product manager for agricultural systems
• Background in product management of hybrid systems (HW & SW)
• Deep understanding of farmers needs and market trends with focus on corn and soybeans growers
• Experience with retrofit type systems development – Advantage
• Experience with products that utilize AI and ML – Advantage
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive people into action
• Strong team player
• Ability to travel 25% of the time
