Job Description

Following an impressive seed-funding-round in 2020, we are scaling fast and searching for a talented, cross-functional engineer to join our team (at the junior level). You’ll spend your time optimizing our proprietary NLP & trend forecasting engine, making it more robust, performant, and scalable. You will have the opportunity to learn from senior engineers, as well as the opportunity to work closely with the CTO.

Required skills

• 1-3 years professional experience (in an analytical or engineering role)

• Comfortable working in SQL & python, and producing production quality code

• A love for getting hands-on with both code & data - design, diagnosis, debugging, etc.

• Analytically minded, intellectually curious, quick learner

Nice to haves

• Good understanding of the best practices for developing software (version control, CI/CD, automation, peer-programming, documentation, testing, etc)

• Interest in ML-driven or algorithmic data products

• A self-starting, solutions-oriented mindset

• A love for keeping up with current affairs and the latest trends
