Job Description

Contracts are the lifeblood of business and power everything from revenue, obligations, financing activities, and reporting. At LinkSquares, our AI-powered, end-to-end contract management and analytics platform takes the manual, time-consuming, tedious tasks out of the contracting process. With LinkSquares, legal teams save time, cut costs, and improve business outcomes. We are a 250-person company headquartered in downtown Boston.

We are looking for an outgoing, inquisitive, and enterprising individual who is interested in supporting executive leadership at a fast-growing SaaS organization.
The Executive Administrator role is responsible for the daily administrative and operational support to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the CRO to support all aspects of their daily work routine, consistently performing a wide variety of support duties
  • Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs overseen by the CRO
  • Assist in CRO ad hoc & special projects or activities including intake and project planning; fostering collaboration with key stakeholders and/or Steering Committee members
  • Assist the CRO in the development of presentations and reports for internal and external audiences
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Maintain the CRO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, interviews, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel; exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs and play a key role in the coordination of staff efforts both within and outside the department
  • Keep the CRO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up
  • Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials
  • Transcribe source material, prepare documents, reports, tables and charts; distribute as appropriate
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
  • Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills

Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of and/or exposure to Sales, Revenue management
  • Familiarity with SaaS is a plus
