Job Description

Following an impressive seed-funding-round in 2021, we are scaling fast and searching for an Account Executive as we expand our business. You will be a key player in the Sales team and will ensure the successful execution of our GTM strategy by developing new relationships with enterprise customers.

Objectives of this Role

  • Be a trusted advisor - Establish strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions)

  • Prospect, develop, manage sales pipeline and close new business

  • Work closely with our partners and support indirect sales efforts when requested

  • Own the full sales cycle from a qualified lead to handover to our Customer Success team

  • Educate and consult prospective customers on the value that NWO can bring to their business

  • Take ownership of assigned territory and deliver against yearly targets

  • Work closely with both Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure that our customers are successful and achieve fast ROI

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions

  • Proven track record in business application software sales with focus on AI solutions

  • Experience in the lead role of a team selling environment Account Executive, New Business

  • Demonstrated history of achieving a sales quota in a B2B Software sales environment

  • Hunter mentality with experience working the full cycle of complex sales and presenting to multiple levels within clients

  • Possess the ability and self-motivation to work in a geographically dispersed modelStrong oral and written communication skills

  • Experience with MEDDIC methodology


  • Salary range: $180k - 200k with 60/40 split base to variable
