Job Description
Following an impressive seed-funding-round in 2021, we are scaling fast and searching for an Account Executive as we expand our business. You will be a key player in the Sales team and will ensure the successful execution of our GTM strategy by developing new relationships with enterprise customers.
Objectives of this Role

Be a trusted advisor - Establish strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions)

Prospect, develop, manage sales pipeline and close new business

Work closely with our partners and support indirect sales efforts when requested

Own the full sales cycle from a qualified lead to handover to our Customer Success team

Educate and consult prospective customers on the value that NWO can bring to their business

Take ownership of assigned territory and deliver against yearly targets

Work closely with both Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure that our customers are successful and achieve fast ROI
Required Skills and Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions

Proven track record in business application software sales with focus on AI solutions

Experience in the lead role of a team selling environment Account Executive, New Business

Demonstrated history of achieving a sales quota in a B2B Software sales environment

Hunter mentality with experience working the full cycle of complex sales and presenting to multiple levels within clients

Possess the ability and self-motivation to work in a geographically dispersed modelStrong oral and written communication skills

Experience with MEDDIC methodology
