As the Global Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing our global sales team and driving revenue growth. You will work with the executive leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and establish our company as a key player in the electric vehicle software market. This role requires a visionary sales leader who can navigate complex sales cycles, identify new business opportunities, and inspire the sales team to achieve exceptional results.

- Develop and execute the global sales strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to drive exceptional sales performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization, implementing best practices, processes, and tools to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to understand customer needs, drive product enhancements, and ensure market competitiveness.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for our business.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and sales targets, regularly reporting on progress and performance to the executive leadership team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, technological innovations, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the automotive, SaaS, or software industry.
- Strong background in selling SaaS, software solutions, or technology-related products to global markets.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Global mindset and experience working in cross-cultural environments, preferably with exposure to international sales.
- Passion for electric vehicles, clean energy, and sustainable technologies.
