Elucidata is seeking a seasoned B2B Growth Marketing Manager to drive the conceptualization and planning of our demand generation engine. This role is the center of a cross-functional stakeholder group across sales, inside sales, product marketing and brand marketing and will be developing solid working relationships across key stakeholders.
They will be responsible for strategizing, developing, managing, tracking and optimizing marketing campaigns across all digital channels for Mid-market and Large enterprises. The ideal candidate is a proven orchestrator who will meet pipeline targets with targeted, persona-focused campaigns that deliver the right message to the right buyer at the right time and on the right channel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, develop, manage, track and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns for Mid-market and Large enterprises
- Own 20% of the company’s pipeline targets
- Build and execute strategies to drive intent and nurture IQLs down the funnel
- Work with SEO Expert, Product Marketing Manager, and Content Writers to design campaigns to create awareness and interest among our ideal customers through top of the funnel tactics
- Manage and nurture a team of digital marketing/CRM specialists
- Run paid campaigns, hire and onboard vendors to scale up Elucidata’s marketing efforts
- Establish a structured feedback loop with sales and inside sales to ensure campaigns land successfully both internally and externally.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns via CRM (Pardot), and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to build a cranking lead generation machinery for enterprise sales
- Identify trends and insights from CRM data, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Analyze the marketing data generated and enable cross functional teams to get most out of this data
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Who should apply:
- 7+ years of marketing experience within B2B SaaS in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Academic background in engineering, science, technology or a related field
- Experience of having sold/marketed a product in the North American market is a must
- Highly motivated, dynamic and detail-oriented person with strong analytical skills. If you’re hungry and willing to take on more, this role is for you!
- Working knowledge of automation tools, email marketing, SEO, marketing database, webflow, CRM and paid channels (LinkedIn, PPC, Google AdWords etc)
- Proven people manager and strong team player with the ability to coach, inspire and manage a team of marketing professionals to drive success against demand and lead generation KPIs
- Strong business acumen and an ability to connect business objectives to marketing strategies and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build solid working relationships with adjacent commercial teams
- Results & data driven mindset with strong presentation, problem-solving, and budget management skills
- Prior B2B SaaS selling experience in the North American market is a plus
