The Role
We’re looking for an Installation Project Manager based in Cyprus to fully own our vessel deployment projects, from kickoff through installation and go-live. You’ll be the person who brings together customers, internal teams and external installation vendors, keeps everyone moving, and makes sure every project hits its timeline.
You’ll focus on new customers, driving fast installations through our deployment hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own multiple vessel deployment projects end to end, from kickoff to go-live and handover to Customer Success.
- Plan and execute installations, including hardware, logistics, configurations and installation services.
- Manage the customer throughout the process with clear updates, aligned expectations and fast problem solving.
- Coordinate external installation vendors, track their work and keep the customer informed.
- Drive internal teams to meet deadlines, even without direct authority.
- Track KPIs, timelines, deliverables and escalations, and spot issues before they turn into delays.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve the deployment process to shorten installation times.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing technical projects end to end, ideally involving the installation of physical systems with networking components.
- Solid technical grasp: you’re comfortable reading network diagrams and speaking the same language as IT teams.
- Hands-on experience coordinating installations, logistics, system configuration and external vendors.
- A data-driven approach to delivery, with experience setting and tracking KPIs, milestones and timelines.
- A strong sense of ownership. You don’t wait for things to happen: you follow up, remove blockers and keep projects moving.
- Ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders across the organization, even without direct authority.
- Confidence in front of customers, with excellent written and verbal English.
- A sharp eye for detail and a natural drive to streamline processes, so each deployment runs faster than the last.
Nice to Have
- Background in the maritime industry, whether in ship management, marine operations, technical ship services or maritime logistics.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV systems and video-based solutions.
- Experience working with AI tools (e.g., Claude) and ERP systems.
