A world empowered by autonomy. We build robotic vehicles to improve logistics safety, forge a greener Earth, and enhance human lives.

We are a closely-knit team aspiring to change the world through disruptive technology. We are innovators. We are tinkerers. We are problem-solvers. And we have a fair amount of magic dust up our sleeves. We have a plan for fleet-level deployment of autonomous vehicles, and we are looking for the best-of-the-best to join us in making this a reality.

About Venti Technologies

Based in the U.S. and Asia, Venti Technologies is the leader in safe-speed autonomous logistics systems, developing the future of goods transportation. Using rigorous mathematics, deep learning, and theoretically-grounded algorithms, Venti has a proprietary collection of autonomy technologies including a suite of powerful logistics algorithms. Venti’s proven value proposition of saving costs, increasing vehicle utilization, and improving safety is recognized by customers and driving growth. Launched in 2018, Venti brings together an unsurpassed team internationally. The company has autonomous systems deployed in Asia for industrial and logistics sites and a growing pipeline. Venti has offices in Cambridge (Massachusetts, USA), Suzhou (China), and Singapore – our Asian headquarters.

A Systems Quality Engineer is responsible for maintaining a high level of system quality, safety, and operational stability across our autonomous vehicle stack. This role sits at the intersection of testing, operations, and engineering, and owns the end-to-end triage and investigation of live and post-run operational issues.

You will analyze data collected from real-world operations, perform root cause analysis, and work closely with engineering teams to drive fixes through to resolution. The role focuses on system behavior, stack stability issues, performance degradation, and operational workflow inefficiencies.

Role responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end triage and investigation of live and post-run operational issues, in-cluding failure analysis and root cause analysis. Identify abnormal behaviors, deter-mine issue origins, validate fixes, and drive the full issue lifecycle in collaboration with engineering teams.

  • Develop and maintain triage documentation and operational artifacts, including SOPs, process training, release notes, and recurring issue knowledge bases for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain iteration communication loop between engineers, op-erations and system.

  • Investigate performance issues impacting productivity, operational efficiency, and driv-er confidence. Assess safety-critical and near-miss events, support escalation when required, and contribute to safety and risk assessments by recommending mitigations.

  • Build, enhance, and maintain automation and tooling to streamline triage, analysis, and reporting workflows, improving overall triage efficiency and consistency.

  • Review operational metrics and analyze trends to identify recurring patterns across ve-hicles, sites, and software versions, driving improvements in system stability and per-formance.

Required experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • 1 year of experience working in Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, Automotive industry.

  • Hands-on experience with system-level debugging and analysis

  • Experience with Linux and Python (Bash/Shell a plus)

  • Experience using issue tracking and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Git)

  • Strong understanding of software systems and data flows

  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication, especially when explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
