About the Job:
Reports to Head of Engineering at Butlr. This is a relatively new team and will have high visibility both internally and externally. This role has lots of growth potential as the Tech Support team works closely with the engineering team to figure out how to solve problems and prevent them.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Engineering Degree
- 2 years of tech experience (internship OK)
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Startup experiance with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Salary: $120,000-150,000 depending on experience
